To honour the martyr and the brave soldiers, Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje announced to organize a human chain along the 650-km-long Pakistan border. This initiative will be conducted under ‘Shahadat ko Salam’ program. This event is going to be held on the eve of Independence Day i.e. 14th August. Chief Minister made this announcement in Udaipur during her Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra. The preparations for the event have been almost done. Check it out.

Human Chain by Rajasthan government will be an unforgettable event. This year, India will celebrate 72nd Independence Day. It will be observed between 11 am and 1 pm on August 14. Bikaner, Barmer, Jaislamer and Sriganganagar, the four districts of Rajasthan are part of event. These districts are near to India-Pak border.

Preparations
Talking about the preparations, lacs of Indian flags have been purchased. Along with flags, balloons and ropes are also purchased. These balloons will be tied to ropes while the people will hold the flags. During the event, the National anthem will also be played. Dances will also be prepared on the eve. Indian flags will be hoisted at many places. The participants will be provided with T-shirts and caps. The arrangements for snacks and buttermilk have also been made.

A medical team will be there for medical assistance. This is very huge event so state government is preparing to make it successful. For this initiative, the collectors of the four districts have been directed by the government.
