Dena Bank of India has planned to start 404 new branches in financial year 2016-2017. Today on 11th August, this bank announced its plans to open four more bank branches in the state of Rajasthan. All four branches will be equipped with ATM facilities along with other branch banking and operative services. In Rajasthan, Dena Bank already works through eighteen widespread branches.
Ashwini Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director of Dena Bank said, “Rajasthan is one of the important states for banking business. We opened 12 branches and one office last year and opening four more branches in the state this year.”
This public sector bank has recently celebrated Rajasthan vehicle loan carnival which was inaugurated by Ashwini Kumar only. During the event, Kumar told the media, “The bank financed 15,000 vehicles last year and the target for this year is 25,000 vehicles. The vehicle loan will be given to the customers of the bank with zero processing fee and on attractive interest rates.”
