The Indian Tomatina festival is here. No, I am not joking. This Holi, you can smear your friends’ or lover’s face with the pulp of tomatoes and ditch the usual play of powder colours. The city of Udaipur is organising this festival on Holi to multiply the fun and accentuate the zing.
To top it all, the festival authorities have confirmed that as much as 500 kg of tomatoes will be used in the festival.

The Tomatina festival will witness a hub of fun-filled activities like rain dance, live music, live food and memorable festivity. Not only this, the Arjun Bagh will embrace the groove of dhol. The La Tomatina Festival will also integrate the concept of using herbal colours which will engender an ‘Organic Holi’ for all those present at the venue.
