A 533 crore worth contract has been awarded by NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) Salasar-Nagaur districts of Rajasthan. The contract states the widening of the 120 kms long highway which moves along these two districts is i.e Highway 65.
This contract has been created under the fourth phase of National Highway Development Projects taking place in Rajasthan. The recipient of this awarded contract is Dineshchandra R Agrawal Infracon Pvt. Ltd.
Contract has an end date of 30 months from the commencement of widening process.
This concerning highway 65 is the main and busy route to reach Salasar Balaji which is one of the most popular religious destinations of Rajasthan. Other than this, it also connects Churu. The project will have 10 km long service road, 5 vehicular under passes, 4 pedestrian under passes and one railway-over-bridge at Ladnun besides six bypasses of 30 km length at, Ladnun, Nimbi Jodha, Sujangarh, Jaswantgarh, Jhareli and Deh.
