Rajasthan tent dealers under “Rajasthan Tent Dealers Kiraya Vavshya Samiti” with respect to Child Marriage Ceremonies and its abolishment have decided to refuse giving their services for any marriage which has children as brides or grooms. This move seems strong as more than 47,000 dealers have agreed on this and to ensure no child marriage, proper birth certificates of the couple will be checked.
If even after strict regulations someone tries to pull off such marriage, he or she will be reported to the police.
