It is directed by Rajasthan Lokayukta to CM Vasundhara Raje on Tuesday to recover Rs 32.73 lakh from former tourism minister Bina Kak. It is claimed that she illegally used from the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) facilities for her benefits during her tenure. She was Rajasthan Tourism minister from year 2008-13.
The Lokayukta has also asked to take disciplinary action against involved RTDC officials in the misuse of money. This recovery should be made as soon as possible. In fact, Lokayukta S S Kothari asked Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje for taking action in the next three month.
Bina Kak violated the memorandum and articles of association of RTDC and spent the money. A report on the same published in April 2012 and many names of RTDC officials came out.

The lokayukta said that the Comptroller and Auditor General had pointed out this misuse and ordered to recover it.
