Rajasthan state goverment makes all efforts to provide a better life to the natives of the state. In fact, to resolve the water issue, the government uses water of Bisalpur dam in Tonk district. Water of Bisalpur is supplied to many districts of state including Jaipur. In order to further increase the filling capacity of the Bisalpur dam, Rajasthan government has started to prepare a new plan. For this plan, a team of Visakhapatnam’s Dredging Corporation India reviewed the Bisalpur dam area under the aegis of Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Limited Jaipur. Get the details about the plan. The extracted gravel will be used to increase Rajasthan government’s revenue.
It is undoubtedly a crucial plan of the state government. Bisalpur dam gets water from Banas and Dai river. Under the scheme, the soil deposited from Dai and Banas river on the bottom of the dam will be removed. The gravel will also be removed so to increase the filling capacity of dam.
A meeting was held in this matter where discussion about the extraction of gravel and its storage were discussed. The
