BJP had appointed viastaraks who were inexperienced. After some time, Rajasthan general secretary (organisation) Chandrasekhar made changes in the Vistarak Yojna. He removed the old vistaraks from the position and appointed new ones. He chose former vistaraks and pracharakas of RSS, ABVP and other organizations as new BJP vistaraks.
Workings of vistaraks
For this, vistaraks have been appointed in many constituencies of the state. BJP vistaraks will work as the eyes and ears of the organisation. These appointed vistaraks play important role as they give grades to the public representatives and polling booths in their allotted Assembly area. They have to work according to strategy. Apart from this, they also aim to increase the party base there.
Know how the grading be done
Booths are divided on the basis of A, B, C and D grading. An MLA will be given an A grade if he has won all the elections. The MLA who lost one or two elections will be given grade B. In C grade, MLA who has won once or twice will be put while the legislator who loses all the elections will be given D grade.
