This is again a new initiative by Rajasthan where a special temple for kids is made. This temple is in Banswara district of Rajasthan where kids will share the stage with Hindu Gods. It is an idea suggested by BJP MP from Banswara-Dungarpur Manshankar Ninama. In this temple, the statues of young achievers of the area will be inaugurated with baby forms of gods like Laddoo Gopal, Bal Ganesha, Bal Kartikeya and Bal Hanuman. The temple will be built in tribal area.
What made government to come up with such an idea?
This idea believes to create awareness for children’s rights. In fact, the Chairperson of Rajasthan state commission for protection of child rights Manan Chaturvedi talked about the inscribing the Baal-Chalisa on the temple wall. This chalisa will narrate the rights of children.
How does this temple inspire?
This temple will portray the rich culture of the area as the children’s statues would be dressed in tribal attire. Performing havans are also suggested in this temple to please gods for eradicating malnutrition among kids. The concept of this temple will also make parents to understand the value of education. This temple will also constitute a grievance box for addressing complaints and a kids’ team for creating awareness at ground level about malnutrition.
