The demonetisation move has created ample amount of developments in the Indian market.The death toll of people standing in queues has proliferated to 60, there is an extended outrage spreading across the country -Growing more intense , each day. People are ready to undergo some pains to bolster cash –clean up decision. However , there is still seems no dearth of complaints and grief-stories which continue to swamp the media and the Internet .

Post the announcement in which  Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes on November 8, the government has consistently allowed a few public service and retail outlets to continue accepting the old notes. Due to the ever-growing cash crunch in the economy clubbed with serpentine queues and stiff guidelines of exchange and withdrawals.While leaders like Rahul Gandhi, P Chidambaram,Mamta Banerjee never miss a chance to take a jibe at Narendra Modi,they highly criticised the decision. However, ministers like Bihar CM Nitish Kumar approved the scheme .

 From the time,the government has announced Rs.500 and Rs.1000 notes as illegal tender, it has also announced multitude of exemptions and reliefs for the public to ease the everyday life of the Aam Aadmi. A host of places like petrol pumps, government milk booths and Mother dairy, government hospitals, railway ticketing and crematoria and burial grounds. The last date until which old currency notes can be use doesn’t has now even extended to 30th November . Such a relief, really!

When the government rolled out the currency ban on November 8, it had permitted exchange of old notes at a host of places including petrol pumps, Mother Dairy and government milk booths, government hospitals, railway ticketing and crematoria and burial grounds for 72 hours.Also, the government is expected to offer more relief to farmers, add the above sources. The Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari said in a Tweet,“To ensure smooth traffic movement across all National Highways, the toll suspension has been extended till December 2.The old notes at tolls will be accepted till Dec15.”
