The result of the Chartered Accountants Final exam was declared on Tuesday by the Institute of the Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI). It is a festival time as 5 students from Jaipur have yet again repeated the success story. Following the imprints of victory achieved by students in IIT-Advanced, NEET, and AIIMS, five students from the city have made it into the top 50 All India Ranks in the CA results.
The top five students who made into the top 50 All India Rank in the CA results are-
- Riya Gupta who got 28th rank
- Deepak Kumar Madhani who got 31st rank
- Dhanesh Agarwal who got 32nd rank
- Sakshi Jain who got 34th rank
- Swati Khandelwal who got 45th rank
Jaipur’s Riya Gupta worked very hard in the following four years and turned the tide in her favor. She did her schooling from Maheshwari Public School in Jaipur and has been a meritorious student throughout. She had scored 9.8 CGPA in Class X.
It is a remarkable achievement and highest from any city in the country that Jaipur has 10% share in the top 50. This speaks volumes about the ecosystem Jaipur gives to students when it comes to contesting the toughest exam
The successful candidates are very positive about the timings of their result. Their result has coincided with the introduction of the GST. The introduction of the GST has accelerated the job openings for CAs across the country. Both the GST and demonization have created a lot of disturbance in the markets and households which have created an increased demand for CAs.
Of the five city toppers, three of them are girls. This success means a lot as it will inspire and give confidence to other girls to take the challenge to crack this exam and work shoulder to shoulder in an area which has been dominated by men.
