An FIR was lodged against the Vice Chancellor and other officials of Rajasthan University four months back. It was related to harassment blame put against them by a Dalit PhD scholar. Two of the blamed lot have already been arrested yesterday and “they will be presented before a magistrate tomorrow” said Shivraj Singh, the SHO of Bandarsindri police station.
The FIR was registered under different IPC Sections and SC/ST Act.
