Rajasthan is one among the states which are under the red warning category released by Indian Meteorological Department.
The red warning is to let the citizens know that a continuing heat wave has started to flow around the listed states and there will be no relief for at least the next three days.
Rajasthan’s Udaipur, Rajsamand, Chottorgargh, Bhilwara and Jaipur are the main cities which will be affected by the heat wave.
Average temperature will be between 45-49 degrees. The people are advised to drink 6-7 litres of water a day, and avoid travelling out in the open from 11am to 4pm.
