26 year old Farha Hussain is a Muslim candidate coming from a minority section and with her 267th rank she now has become the second Muslim to clear the UPSC exam 2016.
Before achieving this great success Farha has studied law from Mumbai and this was her second attempt at UPSC which she cleared with flying colours.
