Ajay Rastogi, acting chief justice proposes to increase session extending the court timing by an hour. According to him this new suggestion will bring down the number of litigation pending before the Rajasthan high court.
Especially cases related to bail applications should be heard during the extra hour. The high court’s timing, which is 8 am to 1 pm these days, could be extended till 2 pm from as early as May 5.
