Present situation of giving tickets to candidates
BJP is quite stern in giving tickets to the MLAs. To counter anti incumbency, party is thinking of dropping 80-100 sitting MLAs including half a dozen ministers. There is also jitteriness as party is denying tickets to the MLAs. MLAs are doing every bit to ensure a berth for themselves.
Talking about the situation of application made by MLAs, party has to choose 200 out of more than 7,000 applications received. There is also a huge threat to the party of rebellions. Hence, it is also a difficult situation for the party too.
Team of Central Election Commission
CEC will have senior leaders like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, party chief Amit Shah, state election incharge Prakash Javadekar, state incharge Avinash Rai Khanna and Rajasthan BJP chief Madan Lal Saini among other senior central leaders.
