The Education Department has decided to distribute sports equipment worth INR 25,000 to the government schools for integrated education. These sports equipment will be provided under the Khelega India, Khilega India (KIKI) Campaign. Education Minister Vasudev Devnani said that it will encourage sports activities in schools which would promote the health of kids.
As per the reports, the primary section will get sports accessories worth INR 5,000 for the primary section, while the upper primary and higher secondary sections will get sports equipment worth INR 10,000 and INR 25,000 respectively.
State Education Minister Vasudev Devanani said that in lines with the initiative taken by Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, the schools are being developed as centre for excellence whereby education based on information and technology is being encouraged.

Besides, Mr. Devnani also talked about the employment oriented courses that are being run at schools under the business education. Besides, special arrangements were also done for the English, Mathematics, and Science teaching at 2,000 schools.
