To discuss the primary immuno-deficiency in children, a two-day National Conference on Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases (PIDCON) will be organized. This conference has begun on 10th March and end on 11th March. This conference has been inaugurated by health mister Kali Charan Saraf and principal of SMS college Dr. US Agarwal. This is a joint event of ISPID and JK Lone hospital.
At the conference, it is also said that Jaipur’s Pediatricians have begun to understand rare diseases. Even a separate lab has also been started for the detection of rare disease. At this conference, there were discussions on how to diagnose the immunodeficiency disease in children and how to treat them on time.
Talking about the objectives of this conference, they are increasing awareness in field of PIDs, encouraging for patient care and facilitate medical care for the patients.
Minister Kalicharan Saraf told that the prestigious experts of the country are participating in this conference. If rare diseases are diagnosed in children the initial stage then it will benefit the state.
