It was a busy day for Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje today because she had three major tasks on her to-do list today. Raje, who’s known for introducing her visionary schemes for reformation is investing her hopes on Annapurna Rasoi that aims to provide healthy and nutritious meals to the worker class at economical prices. Under this heavily subsidised scheme, state-run mobile vans provide healthy breakfasts at Rs 5/plate and lunch at Rs 8/plate.

However, a little help from NGOs and individual contributors came as a breath of relief for Rajasthan government. Different organisations and individuals congregated at the CM residence today to fund Rajasthan’s Annapurna Rasoi Yojana. A total of 18 lakhs 51 thousand rupees were contributed by the donors.
Among these generous donors are Honorary Secretary General KL Jain (Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce) who presented Rs 10 lakh.
