Our tomorrow lies in the hands of the education which we provide to our kids. What we teach today is what we are going to get tomorrow. So, a step by the Rajasthan Government is being taken in the direction of teaching our culture and moral values to the students by providing them “Bhagwad Geeta” to read in their school libraries.
Rajasthan Education Minister, Vasudev Devnani is all set to provide more than 13000 Government school libraries, a copy of Bhagwad Geeta for students and the process of delivering the books has already been started.
“A Mumbai-based trust gave a proposal to provide the holy book in schools, which was accepted and now the Bhagwad Geeta will be made available in 13,401 schools across the state,” Sunita Chawala, Assistant Director of the education department said. She added that the order has been recently passed by the Government. It is hoped to bring a positive change in the life of students as well as of the whole state’s future.
