The Rajasthan state government is trying its best to deliver what so ever promised to the residents of the state during the time of the election. One after the other, the state government is fulfilling the promises made is being appreciated by the centre. After being titled number one under the PM Modi’ Clean India Campaign for constructing the highest number of toilets, the state government is now all set to build 1.9 lakh homes under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
The Rajasthan Government is planning to build 1.90 lakh till August 2017. This project will cost a total of 6500 crores. The project will be conducted in two phases. According to the officials, in the first phase of the project 1.87 lakh homes will be constructed. Each home will comprise of a kitchen and 2 rooms with toilets. The state will also provide some financial assistance and the land to the needies.
