Omung Kumar’s next flick is based on Sarbjit, the innocent prisoner From India stuck in Pakistan for false reasons of spying and terrorism. The films production design has been done by director’s wife Vanita Omung Kumar herself.
The lady told the media the media that it was very difficult for her to create Pakistani ambience for the movie as she went on to state that, “Creating Pakistan for ‘Sarbjit’ was a tough task for me. We could not go there to shoot for various reasons. So to find a place like a Pakistani jail was so difficult. Pakistan jails are very different. They are like huge and have major areas. The walls are like a fort. So we went to Palghar fort and it was so interesting. They had these Islamic arches so I created the whole jail in Palghar. I have kept the beauty of the fort intact and it’s completely in a real zone. “
So it was Rajasthan which came to Vanita Kumar’s aid.
