It has recently been reported by two witnesses that Salman Khan was possessing the armaments with an outdated license in Jodhpur. As per the reports, he utilized these arms in poaching of two of the blackbucks near the kankani village.

As per the statements of Bhawani Singh Bhati in the court, Salman had two fireman, 32 revolver and 22 rifle.

Bhati also mentioned, “These were these firearms, which were in possession of Khan and he had used them in poaching of blackbucks and the two eyewitnesses Chhogaram and Sheraram had seen Khan poaching with these firearms”.

he also mentioned, “There was no question about the legality of the prosecution permission by Mishra and he also had been examined in the court, wherein he had clearly mentioned he ground for prosecution permission”.

He added that the skin of animal corpse had bullet marks as per the post-mortem reports.

It was contended by Rajasthan government on Wednesday that, the actor who possess the immense habit of hunting, should go back to jail in the case of two poaching cases. The state government filed in leave petition under special category in the apex court against the decision of discharge of Salman Khan by the High court.

In the year 2006, Salman was sentenced to lock in period of 1 year and 5 years in case of poaching of three Chinkaras during two intervals. And in this July, Rajasthan High Court released Salman Khan for these two pending cases.

The Actor Salman Khan is tagged as baddie, referred to his legal cases in context of Black Buck poaching case in Rajasthan and Chinkara poaching case in Bandra. Salman also has two other alive cases in Jodhpur courts under Arms case and one more again for poaching of blackbuck.

Salman has allegations of hunting two Chinkaras at Bhawad in Mathania nearby Jodhour and one other for poaching of Chinkara after two days in Jodhpur.
