Rajasthan Police Intercepts International Sex Racket in Kota: The Thais were Involved!

Brave, vigilant Rajasthan police are always on the move! They’ve successfully solved Rajasthan University paper leak case and busted Pakistani spies in Jaisalmer. This time, the cops have intensified their fight against international sex workers in Rajasthan! As a part of their biggest crackdown, the cops busted an alleged international sex racket in Kota, the education hub of India!

The police have arrested 18 people, allegedly operating a sex racket in Kota. They were operating two spas in the education city. On a surprising note, eight out of the eight offenders hail from Thailand. The police identified these eight women as Thai citizens. Further investigations revealed that the spa owners were a couple from Bundi, identified as Rajesh and Sanjana Madhwani. They too were arrested by the police yesterday evening.

The accused allegedly charged Rs 2000-5000 from customers. The amount was equally divided between the women and the brokers. Many of the women that were arrested didn’t understand English. Hence, the police faced language problems while interrogating the women.

The police received a tip-off from undisclosed sources following which they conducted a raid at these spas operating in Central Square Mall and District Centre. The spas fall under the jurisdiction of Gumanpura Police station and Jawaharnagar Police Station areas. Trainee RPS officer Seema Chouhan broke this news to the media!

Based on these tips, the police launched a raid in District Centre, where they arrested five women (four of them being Thai) along with two customers. Simultaneously, they also conducted a raid in Central Square Mall where they busted one Naga woman, five Thai women and four of their customers!

For now, the police are trying to trace their connections to others involved in this case. The investigations into this case are underway. The police were set to produce the accused before the court today.
