A heart disease diagnosis camp was organized in Jaipur by Shri Satya Sai hospital, Rajkot where several patients were examined for cardiac problems free of cost. More than 200 patients were examined to be in the need of a heart surgery. All these cardiac patients will be treated by the hospital in Rajkot while the Rajasthan govt will bear the traveling cost for all these patients.

It’s a big relief for people who can’t afford to travel to Rajkot to get operated. Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje was also present at the camp and issued an order for providing up to INR 5,000 for the traveling of patients along with an attendant. Here, CM said that a person doesn’t need a position in order to serve another person. She also praised the teachings of Sri Satya Sai Baba.

In the event, CM felicitated Dr. PK Das who is serving the cardiac patients at Sri Satya Hospital Bangalore from the past 40 years and Dr. Varsha Shah who has been treating the heart patients at Rajkot’s hospital from the past 17 years. Besides, Manoj Bhimani, the Managing Trustee of Sri Satya Sai Hospital, Rajkot praised CM Raje for her words of encouragement and ensured proper treatment of patients suffering from cardiac issues.

CM Raje also urged the people associated with the trust to establish a similar hospital in Rajasthan. She said that the government is ready to provide land and other necessary facilities if the trust agrees to set up the hospital. She also met the patients and assured them that they will be given all possible help. Besides, State Health Minister Kalicharan Sarraf also assured that the health department will give full support and assistance to the camp.
