On  February 10, PM Narendra Modi wholeheartedly appreciated the work done in Rajasthan in the scheme of Pradhan mantri Crop Insurance under the skilled surveillance of CM Vasundhara Raje.   Pradhan Mantri Crop Insurance Yojna joined the farmers with peerless benefits of the less premium. In this context, different states of the country have contributed and added the lucrative schemes for their farmers. On January 13th, 2016, PM Modi announced the scheme for farmers under the administration of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, India. The scheme aimed at consolidating the financial state of the farmers with providing them effective insurance support. This was announced during the harvest festival of the country (Makar Sakranti).

Applauding for the perfect execution of the scheme in Rajasthan, PM Modi mentioned that 53 percent farmers in the state have already been connected with the minimum premium insurance scheme.

PM Modi was addressing the Jansabha at Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. Pm Modi promptly mentioned that, amidst all the BJP rules states, this scheme for farmers welfare have been perfectly executed in Rajasthan yielding apparent results. Revealing the stats, PM Modi quoted that, 53% farmers in Rajasthan, 50 percent in Madhya Pradesh and 50 percent in Maharashtra have been introduced to Crop Insurance scheme. On contrary, in UP, only 14 percent farmers have been connected to this farmers welfare scheme.

CM Vasundhara Raje has introduced many other similar schemes in favour of farmers. Schemes like Mukhyamantri Jal Swawlamban Abhiyan, Van Mahotsav Karyakram and many other like this. Not only for the Crop Insurance Scheme, PM Modi has also appreciated the other schemes of Rajasthan state.
