The sectors which have got the most attention in the plan, however, are cement and household appliances. These sectors have received precise and focused attention.

According to proposals for the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC),
thousands of acres of Pakistani agricultural land will be let out to Chinese enterprises (lessee).

This plan will engender deep integration into Pakistan’s economic life. China would come extremely close to the India’s east and west, as a consequence of this decision.

The land will be leased for projects ranging from seed varieties to irrigation technology. A comprehensive system of monitoring and surveillance will be in place. This system will operate from Peshawar to Karachi.
