If someone comes to visit Jaipur then going to Jaipur’s zoo is a must. It attracts people especially kids as kids love to see animals. It is almost a century old. In 1876, Sawai Ram Singh II built the zoo at Ram Niwas Bagh. But, this zoo will not be remained zoo anymore as it will be transformed into an aviary soon. For this purpose, all the animals will be shifted to Nahargarh Biological Park. Know more in detail.

Although it is just a plan as the approval from the Central Zoo Authority of India (CZAI) in New Delhi is pending. The authorities have sent a proposal to New Delhi for seeking approval.

Details about Aviary
Talking about the aviary, over 25 species of birds will be housed here. These birds will be brought from different parts of the globe. As per the plan, this will display broad taxonomical display of bird at the present location of Jaipur Zoo, which is spread in 5.7 hectares. Here, the people can walk on the aviary. They are allowed to have a closer view of a large variety of rarest birds in Jaipur.
