Appeal against Rajasthan government’s rule for two-wheeler dealers

Rajasthan government has brought forward a new rule according to which all motor dealers have to give away two free helmets on a purchase of one two wheeler to the customer. In order to go against this mandatory rule, all Rajasthan dealers have struck High Court and until some amendment is done, they will be on a strike by keeping their shops closed.

Rajasthan sells around 100,000 two-wheeler units every month resulting to a total share of nearly 10% of total two-wheeler market in the country.

Now what the High Court has to say about this appeal, is all what the dealers and Rajasthan government are waiting for.
