The Sanvarad village of Didwana block of Nagaur district has turned into a warzone a fortnight after gangster Anandpal died in the cross-firing between the police and him.

Due to protests by Rajput outfits in the Nagaur district, a huge police force had to be deployed at the area to ensure law and order.

Locals in Sanvarad suffer major difficulties

The locals, on the other hand, are facing a hard time as the Sanvarad village is witnessing a lot of unneeded commotion on the back of unending demands of the Rajput community. The Rajput community has been pressing the police and the government for initiating a CBI probe into this matter.

Internet services in the local area were suspended in the wake of growing chaos and menace. To prevent any inciteful messages being sent on social media, the internet services have been suspended until the situation comes gets better.

A Police officer injured in cross-firing

Amid the cross-firing, a dedicated police officer named Sohan Singh was also injured brutally. Singh is now admitted to the hospital. Being a Rajput himself, Sohan stood for what’s right.

Gangster Anandpal was a happy man with lot many properties in the posh localities of the country. Not only this, he had also invested a large amount for her daughter’s further education who is studying in Dubai.

Security alert to ensure the situation doesn’t worsen

Police in morning also sealed the borders of Jodhpur, Bikaner, Churu, Ajmer, and Sikar. “We had already imposed Section 144 of CRPC to control any misuse of mob mentality,” added an official. As many as sixteen check posts were erected to beef up security arrangements.

Rajput police officials have been deployed to ensure that here is lesser chaos and that peace prevails.

According to police, more than 3,000 cops have been deployed across the area. They have been dispersed in the radius of 30 kilometres including local police of Nagaur, RAC (Rajasthan Armed Constabulary), STF (Special Task Force) and QRT (Quick Response Team).
