Vasundhara-Raje

Vasundhara-RajeRajasthan is a desert state with most of its land is covered by world’s third largest Thar Desert. The present Chief Minister of Rajasthan Smt. Vasundhara Raje has begun her cavalcade in December 2013 after wresting power from the main opponent Congress (UPA). She is about to complete her three years of the time span as CM and now is focused towards the working of the Government plans and schemes. She is closely evaluating the development in each program and monitoring the progress herself. Her focused attitude and sincere efforts are put all together so that no one calls Rajasthan a slow developing state. Her ambitious projects like Mukhyamantri Jal Swavlamban Abhiyaan (MJSA), Tree Plantation Campaign, Aapka Zila Aapki Sarkar, Bhamashah Yojna, Annapurna Bhandaar, etc. have been planned out and implemented all over the state for the welfare of the people of Rajasthan in different ways.

The Government is on the verge of completing 3 years of working and CM is all set to take a power review of this time. The state could surely be seen on an all new platform and competing in the race of development with a positive outlook. Rather than fake promises and dirty politics, she has opted a second way to regain the throne of Rajasthan in the next state Assembly elections to be held in 2018. She has sent a very strict and firm notice to all her officials and party workers to collect a ground zero report so that the real situation comes to the notice of CM.

Not only her party workers and team, rather she is also going on various tours and surprise visits so that she could be well aware of the situation. She is talking to people and asking for their feedback on various Government programs. Raje is of the view that this feedback will help them to improve and set a progressive path for future.

“It is the party workers who make us reach here (in the power) therefore under the ‘Aapka Zila Aapki Sarkar’ program, I would reach out to the party workers and collect feedback on what is going in the districts,” she said.

Raje considers her party workers to be the eyes and ears of the Government and they are all geared up to achieve victory in the next state assembly elections.

Raje Government has worked hard in many fields to transform the image of Rajasthan into the minds of people. People think that being a desert state, there are limited growth opportunities for Rajasthan, but Vasundhara has transformed the economic environment in the state to predict it as an investor-friendly state. The recent report on ‘Doing Business’ in states by the World Bank summarizes all the key points that have gone in by putting Rajasthan in the higher league of ‘aspiring leaders’ which included between 50-75% points of the total 98 point action plan which the states were to review.

It is a fruitful news for Rajasthan that it ranked 6th in the list of 32 states with a total of 61%, and Gujarat leading it with 71%. This is proof of a transparent and development-focused government to upgrade the quality of life of its people.

The much talked about ‘Resurgent Rajasthan Summit’ held in 2015, was also a hit with the signing of 295 MoUs worth Rs 3.2 lakh crores which will generate 2.39 lakh of employment over a time span. This report is inculcated by World Bank and is completely unbiased to provide clues to investors.

Since the beginning of the Raje Government, it is aiming to generate employment for the locals along with pushing the entrepreneurship sector through its products like, footwear, apparel, electronic parts etc., which is a massive success.

The next target of Raje Government is to convert Rajasthan into a manufacturing hub with the great administrative skills of CM Vasundhara Raje.

After working hard on these projects, it becomes crucial for her to take the feedback. And her surprise visits recently to Dungarpur district and other places were organized for fulfilling this purpose. This power review will definitely help her in constructing a more efficient and transparent governance system, and will surely help the people of Rajasthan for a long period of time.
